Switchboard/console relief and coverage as necessary
Answers and responds immediately to all alarms and activates all emergency procedures,
Ability to multi task, have good time management skills and able to prioritize
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
Two years’ experience supervising console operators or call center personnel. Hospital experience a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
Telephone console or call center experience with high call volume.
Computer, Microsoft and Database skills
