Job Description

Manages the team members and activities in support of Talent Acquisition’s strategy, delivery and execution of hiring plan and objectives for assigned region(s)/ service lines. Develops and leads hiring initiatives to meet overall business talent acquisition goals. Executes recruitment strategy influences stakeholders, provides insight into talent market to take the best approach and delivers on outcomes. Partners with Advanced Practice and Executive search teams to provide complete assessment of the talent landscape for assigned region(s)/ service lines.

  1. Manages the team members and activities in support of Talent Acquisition’s strategy, delivery and execution of hiring plan and objectives for assigned region(s)/ service lines.

  2. Participates in strategic business planning process to gain a clear understanding of the business plan, key drivers, and desired culture and values of the business. Implements actions necessary to align people behind the drivers to achieve business results.

  3. Leads the design and execution of Regional/ Service line TA strategies and operational activities ensuring alignment to annual business goals or specific critical initiatives.

  4. Utilizes data and predictive analytics to optimize short and/or long term recruiting strategies to drive results and deliver against Talent Acquisition organizational KPIs (i.e. Time to Hire, Voice of the customer, reduction to OT and agency usage, etc.).

  5. Ensures communication of clear measurable goals and objectives by which to measure individual and team results.

  6. Functions as a point of contact for the Service Line/Region/business, HR, and other stakeholders.

  7. Manages relationships to ensure client satisfaction through analysis of metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance.

  8. Conducts in-depth preparation and delivery of monthly and/or quarterly business reviews of recruiting performance and activity for business & stakeholders.

  9. Acts as a strategic partner for assigned region(s)/ service lines to identify and address gaps in talent.

  10. Model Talent Advisor approach for TA managers and ensures client overall satisfaction is achieved.

  11. Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports and oversees development, management and evaluation of indirect reports. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.

  12. Participate in and/or lead special projects as directed by Talent senior leadership.

  13. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

  14. Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, required.

  • Minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible Talent Acquisition experience in a healthcare environment including three (3) or more years leadership experience leading high performing recruitment teams in a large, complex organization required.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving recruitment strategy, leading change, implementing operational process improvement and acting as a consultant to the business, required.

  • Knowledge of analytics and developing insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Proficient knowledge in Human Resource policy and procedure, Joint Commission, and federal and state employment laws, required.

  • PHR or SHRM certification, preferred.

  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, social media and Microsoft Office, required.
