As Coordinator Project Administration you will define, coordinate and evaluate special projects to support operational goals of departments within the department. You will also partner with the Administrative Director to identify and assess opportunities for improvements.
Partners with management todefine project scope, establish goals, objectives, and timeline.Assists with design of project plans.
Prepares project andoperational reports.
Collaborateswith management to collect financial, statistical and operational datafor analysis.
Preparesoperational analysis, flow charts, presentations and reports.
Optimizes and maintainscompliance, financial, and HR databases.
Assists in sponsored projectdevelopment and submission.
Assists in departmental andproject recruitment.
Responsiblefor operational administration, including timekeeping, maintaininglaboratory stock, and other related tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in HealthcareAdministration, Business, Finance or related field, required.
Minimum of three (3) yearsprogressively responsible related experience, required.
Strong project management,interpersonal and communication skills, preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel and prior reporting skills preferred
