Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to, typing correspondences/forms/papers, receptionist duties, keeping inventory and ordering office supplies, sorting/filing, photocopying, faxing, taking messages, etc.
Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to:
Typing correspondence, forms, papers, etc.
Sorting and filing
Answering phones, taking messages
Handles petty cash
Keeps inventory of office supplies
Orders office supplies
Logging/recording of information
Distributes and retrieves reports, data, etc.
Maintains a variety of records, books, etc.
Maintains statistical data/billing reports, etc.
Miscellaneous duties related to department
Performs related duties, as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Prior clerical experience, required.
Typing 30 wpm, required.
Working knowledge of PC applications, required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
