Reception duties including greeting and ushering visitors/patients, answering and directing telephone calls, taking messages, scheduling/setting appointments, etc.
Clerical duties including maintaining files, record keeping, patient filing, reconciling billing and budget, keeping inventory of and ordering supplies, etc.
Administrative duties including various correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparation of statistical data, etc.
Inputs to and maintains database to generate various reporting.
Schedules and confirms patient appointments and arrival.
Collects and records required information.
Conducts all necessary operational duties relative to assessing customer satisfaction. Escalates issues to appropriate person for resolution.
Maintains records of employee traffic and usage, and suggests need for additional marketing activities to enhance awareness of clinic offerings. Recommends activities to maximize center utilization.
Coordinates ongoing health and wellness lectures and events.
Maintains reception area. Ensures comfortable and clean environment.
Performs additional related duties as required.
*ADA Essential Functions
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimumof one (1) year customer service experience, required
Knowledgeof Microsoft Office and experience using database functions and reporting.
Abilityto communicate effectively with patients and staff.
